We conducted user interviews to gain insight into user goals and pain points. To support these sessions, we created a site flow and an interactive prototype that helped guide conversations and validate assumptions. In parallel, I completed a feature inventory to evaluate existing functionality and assess which features users found most valuable.

Insights from research allowed us to streamline the original design, removing unnecessary complexity while modernizing the visual language. The result was not only a more contemporary interface, but a more intuitive and efficient experience tailored to user priorities.
