I have over 10 years of experience designing enterprise and SaaS products across both B2B and B2C environments. My work focuses on simplifying complex workflows through user insights, thoughtful interaction design, and accessible, WCAG-compliant solutions. By grounding decisions in clear design principles and scalable systems, I aim to create consistent, efficient product experiences.
I take a holistic approach to design by understanding the full user journey—from discovery to task completion. This perspective allows me to make intentional design decisions that reduce friction, clarify complex processes, and improve overall usability.

With more than 15 years of experience as a designer, I have developed the practical knowledge needed to create effective, well-considered design solutions. As a visual communicator, my goal is to translate client ideas into clear and compelling experiences while staying true to the original intent. I also place strong emphasis on exploring the user journey when approaching any design challenge, with the goal of optimizing usability and delivering meaningful user experiences.
I have extensive experience building and evolving design systems to improve product consistency and team efficiency. While collaborating with cross-functional teams, I helped update the Citi Design System to meet WCAG accessibility standards. This work involved identifying and prioritizing accessibility issues, addressing structural weaknesses in core components, and rebuilding elements to better support both design and engineering teams.
As the lead designer for the TriumphPay design system, I built and maintained the system in Figma to improve implementation efficiency across product teams. I introduced a tokenized variable framework to create a more seamless and consistent connection between the design system and product experiences. I also mentored designers on contributing to the system and established a structured, scalable contribution process documented in Notion.
While the bulk of my experience can be defined as ux/ui/visual design, I have experience working in various other related roles as a designer.
My primary tool of choice as a designer is a dot grid notepad, with Figma as a close second. I also employ an arsenal of addtional tools to assist with execution and research.
